Barry has over 30 years experience working in the field of developmental disabilities and the recipient of the Premier's Award of Excellence from the Province of Alberta for recognition of his ingenuity, initiative and commitment in meeting the needs of developmentally delayed individuals.. Barry is an expert in development of behavioural treatment plans and monitoring non-restrictive practices. Barry has a M.A. in Psychology from the University of Manitoba. Barry also has an interest in research and has been published numerous times on a variety of topics relevant to the field of developmental disability.
