Johanna has been a Social Worker with Government since 1979. She spent nine years with Child Protection Services, and one year in Victoria with the Policy Branch. Since 1989, she has been working with people with Developmental Disabilities in her role as a Social Worker with Community Living Services, and recently as an Analyst with CLBC. Her passion is "core wound" and "self-awareness" work which she does regularly as a facilitator with the "Insideout Leadership Development Group". Johanna teaches at Okanagan College in Vernon, in the "Special Needs Worker" Certificate Program.
