Randine has 18 years of social work experience. Randine has provided years of residential care and recreation programming for individuals with developmental delays. Randine is an instructor at Thompson Rivers University in the Human Service Program and has held positions as a parent consultant and alcohol and drug counselor. Randine’s grad school studies focused on promoting and sustaining healthy attachment relationships. Randine studies under Dr. Gordon Neufeld to enhance her knowledge of how attachment needs affect behavior.
